# Good Morning, Coconut

We love all things **[Coconut Butter](/content/products/the-coconut-butter/index.html)****.** Straight from the spoon, or around this time of year, mixed into our favorite smoothie recipes. Let our go-to ingredient infuse your morning with a taste of the tropics (and a dose of healthy fat!) and bring the islands home. If you’re curious, try the recipes. Or take it straight up. Just like we do.

**COCONUT BUTTER SMOOTHIES**

**MANGO**

1 tablespoon [The Coconut Butter](/content/products/the-coconut-butter "coconut butter"/index.html)

1 cup frozen mango

1 cup coconut water

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

**GREEN APPLE**

1 tablespoon [The Coconut Butter](/content/products/the-coconut-butter "coconut butter"/index.html)

1 cup spinach

1 cup frozen green apple

1/2 teaspoon [The Matcha](/content/products/the-matcha "matcha"/index.html)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup water or nut milk

**PINEAPPLE**

1 tablespoon [The Coconut Butter](/content/products/the-coconut-butter "coconut butter"/index.html)

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 cup summer squash

1 cup nut or seed milk

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for a minute. Depending on how thick it is, pour in your favorite glass or bowl.
